Peacebuilders on the Web: Human Rights 101
Peacebuilders Camp is taking the excitement of our summer camp and moving it to a virtual space! Through hands-on activities, rich discussions, and inspiring stories and speakers, participants will learn the basics of human rights and discover how they can use their own talents to work for change in their communities. Using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a guide, we’ll dive into topics like dignity and equality, homelessness, racial inequality, immigration, freedom of expression, and other topics of the students’ interest. This class will meet on Wednesday afternoons from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. from January 20 to February 24.
