About Chattahoochee Nature Center
In metro Atlanta, no other place offers our community the opportunity to connect to such a broad circle of activities and experiences in the natural world: the land, water, wildlife, plants, educators, knowledge and passion, which we share freely with all visitors. The Chattahoochee Nature Center is a unique place where people connect to each other and the land through a shared respect for nature. It’s through that interaction with nature that we excite our senses and encourage learning.
Whether it’s hiking, canoeing, or just taking a stroll, CNC has something for everyone. With 127 acres on the Chattahoochee River, the possibilities for fun with nature are infinite! Learn all about your backyard with the only Nature Exchange in the Southeast, or explore the birds of prey in the aviaries of the Wildlife Walk. Bring the family, have a picnic, and make a day of it!
