About Not Your Average Homeschoolers

This group is mostly focused in Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, but all areas are welcome to join!

This is a year round SECULAR, but inclusive group for homeschool families (with at least one child who is 13 and up, but siblings are always welcome!) who are looking for a Teen group for field trips, specialized get together(s) and just hanging out!

Some examples of events are: Game Days, Anime Club, Dungeons & Dragons, Video Game Day, Holiday Parties, Field Trips, and just hanging out at coffee houses, restaurants and members homes (no limit to subjects and ideas)

All activities are MEMBER run. This group will only be what you put into it. If you do not put an effort, we will not succeed. We are largely into Gaming (board and video) and Hanging Out. Each parent is required to add to the calendar in order to maintain membership—even if it’s just a Park day or hangout at a coffee house!

We, in no shape or form, are exclusive, for we all home school and we all are a great asset to each other. The more support you can get, the better!

All potential members must answer a questionnaire and submit a $30 per family membership fee. (Refundable within 14 days) Please read our rules in the files section upon approval.

***The owner is a Secular Homeschooler who welcomes everyone, but does not tolerate drama.
